Tinyrabbit accepts returns only if the product is damaged during the shipping or damaged at the source or has a manufacturing defect, has a sizing issue. It is highly recommended to take Photo and Video in such cases for smooth transaction of return or replacement. Tinyrabbit shall refund to the source payment mode.
To be eligible for return, the products delivered should be intact with all the tags and packaging.

Note: Products such as Order to made / Books / DIY Kits / Diapers etc have no return policy.
- Write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer care team will contact you within 48 hours. Initiating a return request:
- Our team shall initiate the return request and provide you necessary details for return and make it hazzle free.
- Refund will be initiated after the receipt of goods to the source.
- Refund amount of the Goods value that has been paid by the customer will be refunded to the source in 7-14 days. Your funds can be refunded to source based on the payment mode.
Please mention your Google Pay or Paytm numbers in any other cases for refund.
How to return or do reverse shipping:
- Tinyrabbit will initiate reverse pickup to select locations based on pincodes.
Per the policy, if the shipping is not made in 2 attempts made by the courier personal we recommend to ship it directly to the source location or address of communication that our customer care provides.
- Couriered Self: When customer chose to courier the product by self, Tinyrabbit shall provide 100Rs credit to the customer. The request for courier will be asked if the Pincode is not available for pickup or per customer request.
